Senior Video Editor/Director

About You

You must be adept at project managing, setting expectations, producing films and animations, post-production and influencing our team and future goals. We’re looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience with the ability to mentor junior team members, have experience in corporate, B2B and B2C video production. We want someone who will manage relationships, external and in-house and can take ideas through from concept to delivery,  keeping clients coming back for more! Putting customers first, keeping an eye on the financials and juggling multiple projects should be a key element of your skill set.

Technical skill set:

  • A sound knowledge of different cameras and filming Equipment – specifically the Canon cinema range.
  • Camera work, filming, directing, understanding the technicalities, sound recording and managing additional kit requirements.
  • Focus Puller work, maintaining image sharpness during filming, upkeep of all camera equipment and accessories, configuring the camera and accessories.
  • Understanding of different codecs, ability to convert and export files according to required format.
  • Understanding of the entire Adobe Creative suite.
  • Considerable skill with Adobe Premiere Pro, knowledge of best practice workflows and sequence settings, can resolve any technical issue within the program.
  • Sound knowledge of Adobe After Effects – Basic animation skills, such as titles and lower thirds.
  • Colour correction and grading, colour matching angles, removing noise and sharpening of video. Creating a grade utilizing programs such as Davinci Resolve and After Effects. Good knowledge of colour science, Luts and grading plugins to achieve a desired look.

Account Executive – Content Team, Winchester

We are looking for an ambitious, talented and enthusiastic individual with a background and interest in public relations and social media to join our dynamic team. You will be based in our Winchester office, with opportunities to work out of our other locations in the UK from time to time e.g. London.

About you: 

You may be a graduate with a relevant degree, or maybe you have completed a first job with a similar agency, or in an in-house role. Whatever your background you will be a strong team player dedicated to delivering excellent client service, and high quality work. We are looking for a talented individual with a background in public consultation and stakeholder engagement. Experience of working in London and good political contacts are desirable, and the ambition to play an active part in a growing team is essential. You will also have an understanding of property and planning and be enthusiastic to work on strategic projects in the region.

This post supports the Team Directors and Account Managers within the Remarkable Engagement team. The role’s main objective is to ensure the effective delivery of support to any assigned Account Manager and delivery of client projects on time and within budget.

As an Account Executive you will already:

  • Understand how local government works and have some knowledge of the property and planning sector
  • Communicate well with strong writing and inter-personal skills
  • Demonstrate drive, commitment and a focus to producing work of the highest standard
  • Have attention to detail, excellent workload management and be a good team player

 

You will be responsible for supporting the Account Managers and Account Directors in executing creative communication and engagement programmes to help achieve your clients’ objectives. Concentrating initially on public consultation and wider government, we want a talented individual with a London background in either of those sectors. Good contacts in the boroughs and/or at Westminster are crucial, as is the ambition to play an active part of our expanding office. This could quickly grow into a senior role working closely with our Associate Director to deliver successful strategies for a growing list of clients.

You will probably be an experienced Account Manager . You will already:

  • Understand the property and planning sector and how local government works
  • Communicate excellently with strong writing and inter-personal skills
  • Demonstrate drive, commitment and a focus to producing work of the highest standard
  • Have attention to detail, excellent workload management and be a good team player
  • Have experience of managing people and projects.

Our ideal candidate will have over 5-years’ experience with a proven track record of developing data and insight led social media strategies and then implementing these strategies by leading social media community management teams and by guiding and developing social content.

Your expertise will cover all areas of social media; listening/landscaping, monitoring, content creation, publishing and engagement and will deliver tangible results against key client requirements such as lead generation, traffic generation, reputation management, brand awareness and thought leadership.

A knowledge of SEO fundamentals and social content structure will be key in ensuring all work created by internal creative and content team members, freelancers and account teams is of a high standard and optimised for social performance.
