CRM Executive / Sales Co-ordinator

We are looking to recruit an individual with a positive and proactive approach to building relationships with prospects, and identifying new business opportunities. This role is critical for the growth of the Company, specifically for our public relations and marketing team.

The ideal person will have experience of working within a Sales team in an agency, although this is not essential.

The role involves working closely with our sales and marketing team to help develop and generate ideas and campaigns to deliver new business leads via telemarketing activity, social networking and email contact. To do this you must have good verbal and written skills and the ability to express your ideas with confidence. You will have a strong involvement with new business tenders so you must have good analytical, written and proof-reading skills. It is essential that you have experience generating reports as well as working with, and profiling data.

Mid-weight Designer – Winchester

We are looking for a versatile mid-weight designer to join our growing creative team and work on a diverse portfolio of client work. As an integrated agency we deliver both print and digital projects, and an ability to work across both is essential.

Working closely with the Senior Designer and Creative Director your projects may include ; websites, apps, landing pages, social media assets, print collateral, advertising, exhibition assets, emails, brand assets, editorial publications and pitch documents.

While the work will vary, a passion for user centric design, superb layout and a relentless attention to detail will be constant. Your interest in the latest design developments and trends, plus a desire to add value at every stage of the design process, will create work that delights our clients.

Experience

Senior Account Executive – London

We are looking for a talented individual with a background in public consultation with relevant experience that clients would expect from an agency based in London. Experience of working in the London boroughs and good political contacts are important, and the ambition to play an active part in a growing team is essential. You will also have an understanding of property and planning.

This post supports the Account Directors and Account Managers within the Remarkable Engagement team. The role’s main objective is to ensure the effective delivery of support on any project assigned to you on time and within budget.

You will probably be a Senior Account Executive or an experienced Account Executive already, and will be able to demonstrate:

  • An understanding of how local government works
  • Some knowledge and experience of the property and planning sector
  • Excellent communication skills with strong written, oral and inter-personal skills
  • Drive, commitment and a focus to producing work of the highest standard

You will be responsible for supporting the Account Managers and Account Directors in executing creative engagement programmes to help achieve your clients’ objectives. Your work will include organising public exhibitions and stakeholder events, political and stakeholder research, producing draft letters, newsletters and exhibition boards and maintaining accurate databases. Your work will involve direct liaison with stakeholders and members of the public and you will be expected to be able to produce concise and compelling collateral material. You will also be expected to draft press releases and demonstrate a good understanding of media relations.

This is a chance to develop your career and opportunities will exist for you to begin running your own projects and managing your own client relations, with support from the Account Managers and Account Directors. As such, you should possess drive and initiative and an ability to be proactive in seeking solutions.

Account Executive – Content Team Winchester

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual with a background in Social Media and PR/ Communications to work in our Head Office in Winchester.

You will probably have a minimum of one year’s experience in PR/communications and will be:

  • Dedicated to contributing to excellent client service, and to delivering a high quality of work.
  • Logical and organised in approach to completing tasks, with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to assimilate briefs from internal and external clients, and deliver accurately against requirements.
  • Developing an understanding of all aspects of marketing and communications.
