CRM Executive / Sales Co-ordinator

We are looking to recruit an individual with a positive and proactive approach to building relationships with prospects, and identifying new business opportunities. This role is critical for the growth of the Company, specifically for our public relations and marketing team.

The ideal person will have experience of working within a Sales team in an agency, although this is not essential.

The role involves working closely with our sales and marketing team to help develop and generate ideas and campaigns to deliver new business leads via telemarketing activity, social networking and email contact. To do this you must have good verbal and written skills and the ability to express your ideas with confidence. You will have a strong involvement with new business tenders so you must have good analytical, written and proof-reading skills. It is essential that you have experience generating reports as well as working with, and profiling data.

Senior video producer, editor and animator

We are seeking a senior video professional to lead Remarkable Group’s video offering. Our high quality video and animation work speaks for itself and we have a super talented young team waiting to be inspired by you.

You will be a multi-disciplined talent, able to cover all aspects of video and animation work. Happy with pre and post-production work your talents will range from scripting and story-boarding, through to post-production with Adobe After Effects and Final Cut Pro. A working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop would also be desirable.

You will be experienced in coming up with creative concepts, and selling those concepts to both prospects and existing clients. You will have the ability to win over clients and become their ‘go-to’ contact for any video and/or animation project, and as a result maintain and grow the value of these client relationships over time.

As the leader of the video team you will be comfortable with managing the multiple video and animation projects moving through the department at any one time, as well as line managing the team members. You must be stress-proof, disciplined, hyper-organised and a consummate multi-tasker.

As a core member of our creative team you will be an inspirational figure for those around you. When the pressure is on you stand-out for your positive energy and ability to bring the team along with you to complete the job with good humour and high standards.

Skills and experience

Mid-weight Designer

We are looking for a versatile mid-weight designer to join our growing creative team and work on a diverse portfolio of client work. As an integrated agency we deliver both print and digital projects, and an ability to work across both is essential.

Working closely with the Senior Designer and Creative Director your projects may include; websites, apps, landing pages, social media assets, print collateral, advertising, exhibition assets, emails, brand assets, editorial publications and pitch documents.

Whilst the work will vary, a passion for user centric design, superb layout and a relentless attention to detail will be constant. Your interest in the latest design developments and trends, plus a desire to add value at every stage of the design process, will create work that delights our clients.

Digital Account Director

We are seeking Digital Account Director, or a Senior Digital Account Manager who is looking to make the next step up.

The ideal candidate will come from a digital or integrated agency background with web-build, app-build and integrated digital campaign experience. This is a hands-on role where digital project management skills are required alongside superb client relationship, presentation and commercial skills.

Working with a variety of clients the Digital Account Director will lead all digital aspects of client accounts, covering web build, app build, social media, video and rich content.

Experience required:

  • Managing a portfolio of clients and developing valuable client relationships
  • Taking responsibility for commercial decisions
  • Scoping, estimating and delivering digital projects on time and on budget
  • Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall web development methodologies
  • Liaising with internal teams including client services, PR, technical development, creative and social community management
  • Leading on digital build projects alongside technical team
  • Responding to new business opportunities via written proposals and presentations
  • Delivering digital strategy advice
  • Familiarity with content strategies, SEO, and paid digital media strategy

Administrative Assistant

We are looking to recruit a strong administrator with at least two years’ experience to give administrative support to the PA to the CEO and Board of Directors. We are looking for an individual with a positive and proactive attitude and  a degree of flexibility.

This is a fast-paced and demanding role so the ability to stay calm and manage various tasks under pressure is absolutely necessary. Excellent verbal and written communications with strong IT skills are essential along with a dynamic, confident, assertive and approachable personality. The ability to be discreet and trustworthy is essential.

The role is varied and very busy and will require a highly-organised individual. Duties will include some diary management, organising venues for events and meetings as well as  various ad-hoc projects.
