The Remarkable Group's ladies once again swapped their heels for their trainers last weekend and completed a 10K run in record time.
Carla Khan and Catherine Reid of marketing and communications agency, Remarkable, completed the race in 1 hour and 17 seconds and 1 hour and three minutes respectively, sparking a little healthy competition.
The B&Q Eastleigh race is now in its 26th year and saw around 2,000 people take part. Initially designed to encourage more runners during the peak of the first jogging boom while raising money for charity, the race has remained extremely popular and is often ranked in the top 50 races in the UK every year.
This year Remarkable raised money for SMCF - St Matthew's Children's Fund, who is also the agency's charity of the year. SMCF promotes the welfare of children in disadvantaged Ethiopian communities by supporting community-led projects as well as raising awareness in the UK.
Account director at Remarkable, Catherine Reid, said: "We were delighted to be able to raise money for such a worthwhile cause whilst doing something we enjoy. It's the fourth charity run we have completed and we plan to do more in the future."
