Marketing and communications agency, The Remarkable Group is giving many students a helping hand in starting their careers by offering work experience at its Winchester office during the summer break as part of an internship program.
The agency's program provides interns with an insight into public relations, public affairs and marketing and design.
Remarkable realises the difficulties that young people face trying to start a career after leaving education and is looking to provide them with the experience to help them secure a job.
Iman Khalif, 20, Matthew Read, 20 and Emma Cox, 21, are among the interns currently experiencing agency life at Remarkable.
Iman has been at Remarkable as a public relations intern for four months and said: "Remarkable has given me a real insight into PR. I feel I have gained a lot of valuable experience to further my skills, which I can now carry forward to use within my future career. Everyone at the agency is friendly and welcoming and I am thoroughly enjoying my time here."
Stephen Pomeroy, CEO of Remarkable, said: "It's great to be able to give young, ambitious people some valuable experience in an agency and we are pleased to be investing in such talented individuals."
For many interns there's also a chance to have a career at Remarkable. The most recent student, Amy Bryant-Jeffries, completed the Remarkable internship program and after working within its admin team for three months, was rewarded with a full time contract in the agency's public relations team.
