Remarkable offers a life on the ocean wave on behalf of P&O Cruises

P&O Cruises were struggling to recruit doctors and nurses for their fleet as the jobs require a very specific type of character and specific set of skills.

Remarkable's job was to target doctors and nurses and make them aware of the exciting roles that exist on board P&O cruise ships.

The strategy was to directly reach the medics to directly pass on the information about these sea-faring roles.

Remarkable created an unusual visual advertising campaign to recruit the medical staff, backed up by recruitment exhibition collateral. Bespoke websites were created for both roles.

The campaign triggered significant press coverage as well as interest from the medical profession. New appointments were quickly made thanks to the campaign.
