Boxing enthusiast Carla Khan is looking to give the competition a knockout punch following her appointment as business development director at award-winning Hampshire based marketing communications agency, The Remarkable Group.
Bringing with her five years of experience from a variety of sectors and working with several well known regional marketing agencies, Carla has a proven track record of winning success from start ups through to FTSE 100 companies, including AXA, Solvay Healthcare, Marriott and HMV.
Before agency life, Carla gained a wealth of sales experience in the dot com sector with a pan-European start-up company and helped them grow from five to 500 employees in the first year. Within this role Carla used her three languages of Italian, French and Spanish to secure profitable new business from European channels.
Reporting to chief executive, Stephen Pomeroy, Carla's primary role at Remarkable will be to implement a new business drive, targeting leading national and regional companies.

Away from the office Carla still manages to keep up her energetic persona by keeping fit through boxing and also enjoys socialising with her friends and family.
