One of the fastest growing marketing communications agencies in the south is moving to new headquarters to accommodate its rapid expansion.

The Remarkable Group is moving into the prestigious Pump House, just outside Winchester, early in the New Year. Built in 1878 the building has undergone a major refurbishment to provide over 6,000 square feet of modern air conditioned office space retaining a number of the original features.

The award winning agency, which took the title of 'Outstanding PR Consultancy' in the recent PR industry Oscars, the CIPR Pride Awards, has grown from six to 34 staff in just three years.

Remarkable's chief executive Stephen Pomeroy said: "We spent nearly a whole year selecting the right property for the agency. Location was also very important to us and the Pump House offers flexibility of space and excellent communications. It's close to the M3 and very near the station for our London clients. We have the cities of Winchester and Southampton on our doorstep and the office is positioned well for the Hampshire business hub and reaching our clients throughout the UK.!

Managing director Julian Isaacson added: "It's a historic building with real character featuring a lot of the original fittings. It's a very exciting time for our staff as we embark on a new chapter in the agency. In the new year we have planned a major recruitment drive and this office will accommodate our additional account teams"

Remarkable boasts over 45 national and regional retained clients including Hippowaste, Aerobed, P&O Cruises, DPAS, Dreams Come True, Viridor Waste Management and Scotthall BMW.
