The Remarkable Group is delighted to be supporting the Christmas appeal at the Second Chance Animal Rescue centre, which guarantees rescued animals have a safe and friendly home over the festive season.

Donations to the rescue centre contribute to boarding cats, dogs and horses throughout the whole year and this week three Remarkable staff went to the visit the centre for themselves.

"At Second Chance we encourage people to adopt animals after Christmas once the busy festive period has calmed down. It can be very hectic over the festive season and this can be unsettling for animals that are going into a new home," said Rose Milne, rescue coordinator at Second Chance.

Stephen Pomeroy, chief executive of Remarkable said; "We take great pleasure in supporting what we believe is an extremely worthwhile cause. It's wonderful that the funds will enable the centre to look after animals and we encourage people to look at the website and save a life for Christmas."

Rose adds; "The Remarkable Group's kindness is greatly appreciated. I am very grateful for their donation and it will make many animals have a fantastic Christmas."
Animal lovers at Remarkable have donated a generous contribution to the appeal which will give the dogs, cats and horses a second chance. The rescue centre will appreciate any size of sponsorship as all donations will help pay for the extra boarding costs and will give them another lease of life.

If you would like to make a donation to the rescue centre telephone Rose on 023 8055 9552 or visit www.secondchanceanimalrescue.org.uk for more information.
