Award-winning marketing communications agency, the Remarkable Group, has put the finishing touches to its new Winchester offices with a collection of inspiring paintings by a local young artist.
19-year-old Tim Patrick from Romsey has been painting for over six years and his work has already received a number of important accolades.
Remarkable’s chief executive, Stephen Pomeroy, spotted Tim’s talent last year and has been tracking his progress ever since.
“With its huge ceilings and vast corridors, the Pump House is an ideal building in which to display art and I was particularly taken with the unique style and character of Tim’s paintings,” explains Stephen.
“As a company we are committed to investing in and nurturing young people’s talents. We wish Tim the best of luck in his future career and look forward to being of continued support to him moving forward.”
Tim has also been selected to study art in Florence this summer before returning to the UK to embark on a Fine Art degree in September.
An exhibition of Tim’s new classical and contemporary paintings and sculptures is being held in Romsey Abbey between Saturday 3rd and Sunday 20th May. The exhibition will be supporting one of Remarkable’s charities – the Helderberg Street People Project in South Africa.
Entry is free of charge but any donations received will go towards helping to improve the lives of homeless and impoverished people in Cape Town, South Africa.
